CL Wakeboarding

I went home for a few days and did the one thing that I had been dreaming of doing, wakeboarding. Of course, this meant rounding the troops and getting some nasty shots. We did have one casualty that day though, RIP GoPro Helmet Cam, but still had a blast. I miss all my CL friends, and really wish I could come home more often during the warm months to ride. Hopefully soon.

Shot some more derby a few weeks ago. I think I did a little bit better than the first time.

NH Roller Derby

Shot my first roller derby bout ever Saturday, the Seabrook Meltdowns vs the Granite Skate Troopers. It was a pretty intense bout, with each team taking the lead at different points throughout the night. During the last 15 minutes, the Meltdowns took a huge lead over Skate Troopers, and honestly I thought it was over. Somehow though they managed to pull through with a tie, sending them into over-time which they then owned.

Famous Energy Drink

A few weeks ago I was hired by Famous Energy Drink to shot an Roctagon MMA event for them. Famous wanted to me to show people enjoying their drink, mixing it with vodka, and images of their ring girls. The only problem was, I couldn't show faces of any of the fighters or trainers. Not the end of the world. I did some found still-lives and made it work with what I was given. I was pretty proud of what I came out with. 

The Foundation Room, House of Blues Cleveland

My brother, Brian, invited me up to the House of Blues to photograph him DJing at an their exclusive club, The Foundation Room. This place was amazing; beautifully decorated, cozy seating and great music. I had my assistant/girlfriend hold a Speedlight for me to help with lighting the dark club. Let me know what you think.

I don't go back to Ohio often, but when I do my mom likes us to take a family picture. So this year I gathered up my siblings and we took a short hike to the top of our hill in the backyard. I rented a tilt-shift lens and decided to mess around a bit for the portraits. I think they came out really adorable. The ones of my mom and dad are so damn cute.

Pets

I think it's safe to say that my pets are adorable. Pet portraits are something I could see myself getting into. I mean, I walk dogs now, have two pets and love being around them. If you need any done, let me know. I'd love to come hang out with your furry friends.
